This is true. I tried catching up on the challenges and got stuck in free roams with people who think it is some sort of deathmatch. They werent even funny with it, like trying out dynamite/knife only fights. It gets pointless then as you spawn right back in the area, so after death i would respawn and then blow them away. It got old as they tried to hunt me down while i ran around looking for rabbits to kill.

This may be in this thread somewhere so excuse my laziness for not going through the whole thing. But I just got this game last night. where do you find the lasso? Is it hidden somewhere or do I have to do the campaign?

Like Gatorbait, I too just opened up Mexico.

I can't seem to find a good mix between doing the missions & roaming. I get stuck on one or the other for hours at a time. Last night I played poker for the better part of 2 hours, with Bigdaddy doing much of the decision making...except on Liars Dice. I owned that game myself.

I haven't really ranked up my hunting challenges yet. I think I'm on rank 2 for all. I can tell I'll be playing this for a long time.

Missions are good, but I enjoy bounty hunting and roaming the most at this point.

Only getting to play for just an hour last night was a tease. I'm ready to get home and put in some work on the range.
