I would guess you would hogtie them and put them on the back of your horse and take them back into town. I haven't done it, it's easier to just shoot them.

yep

it's easier to just take them down with a headshot, but some of the better bounties are worth alot more when you taken them in alive. the other night i found one where the guy was worth 600 bucks alive and only 300 dead.

I haven't done it yet but I think you can shoot em in the legs then take em in alive.

yeah - I usually try to shoot em a few times below the waist so I can lasso them easier - the first time I tried to lasso the bounty after taking down all has minions.. without shooting him first.. it went bad - got a shotgun to the face for bringing a piece of rope to a gun fight.

I've been attacked a couple of times trying to help strangers...once at a campfire and another time on my horse.

Taking them alive is a much more enjoyable challenge. It's crazy trying to get their hog-tied butts on the back of your horse before the first wave of their buddies arrive.






Is anyone interested in trying to fill up a server with 16 of us? It's an achievement if you are in a 16 person posse, and I think it would be awesome to see a massive cloud of volnation hell-raisers wash across New Austin and invade Mexico.

IP...you actually only need 8 in your Posse for that achievo..picked it up last week..but if anyone else needs it and dont have enough just msg me...

but keep in mind, that you have to be the posse leader to get the acheivement. We took turns rotating into the leader role and everyone ended up getting it. Just hit me up IP if you need a body to fill in the posse.

Has anyone found a good spot to do the 'shoot the hat off of an opponent and disarm him within 3 seconds' challenge online? it's been kicking my ass.
