I guess reading comprehension is not something you need to have in Chattanooga. :good!: Knoxville's strip is awful, but the strip has nothing to do with UT. It is not run or operated by the campus, so not sure why that should reflect on UT being bad. I did not choose to go to UT because of what restaurants/bars were on the strip. But maybe you do?
I am pretty sure they are Top 5 in SEC, and at 101 for public universities. But then again I would argue that it all depends on what your major is, overall academics should not matter.

I majored in Logistics, so from my standpoint UT is a top program.
I just do not understand what you are trying to argue. One second you are talking about UT's campus, then the strip, then Knoxville being outdated. Please pick a topic. Your next post will probably be comparing states. I honestly think you should stop by UT in the spring this year. Chattanooga is not that far. Walk around, see the construction going on and the new buildings, and def check out the Agriculture campus, their garden is magnificent.
I by no means have stated that UT has the best campus in the SEC, but I do think you are portraying it much worse than it is. I walked around campus for 4 years, in every season, under all weather conditions. I have also spent countless times riding around campus on a bike taking pictures and the beauty is definitely there. But I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
