Auburn just flipped a recruit from Miami, so UT passes Miami in the 247 composite. Up to 15th

I've heard a lot about this new math, but can't seem to figure it out. On 247 they have Washington a spot ahead of us with the same amount of commits (22) and we have a higher avg/player. Someone please enlighten me, was good in math in my day but something has changed drastically.

The ratio of high to low players must determine how they rank.

A class with player ranks of 100 100 100 and 60 likely grades differently than a class with 100 95 90 and 85. Both average 90 but will get different scores.
