I mean yeah that's true. But what evidence do you have that we don't develop talent? Especially on defense. Byron Young? James Pearce? Norman-Lott? Jaylen McCullough had 4 picks last year. Most of those guys were staring down the barrel at being car salesmen before Heupel. Also, did we forget that our defense was #7 in the country last year? It was in the 100s when those guys were freshmen. And this team is way more talented than they were in 2021. I'm not defending Tim Banks, just arguing the point that we don't developDevelopment is the most important thing. Experience without development is meaningless. The product on the field shouldn’t give anyone with a working pair of eyes confident that the necessary development will take place with the current coaching staff. Heupel has to make changes. Simple as that.
