Personally, I would add Fabian Johnson and Aron Johannsson to that list.

Both good names to watch I didn't want to list too many for him.

And I know beckerman isn't great... But those dreads tho!! And he's not afraid to take someone out and talk a little trash. But I knew my fellow Volnationers would appreciate his dreads

Beckerman is really good when he sticks to a specific role (sitting in front of the defense and destroying opposition attacking moves). If he is asked to do more than that, then his weaknesses show. I really like him though. He is an unselfish and committed team player. And the dreads are Bad A.

Friendly is soccer for scrimmage.

Depending on who plays, keep an eye out for wondolowski, Julian Green(he's 18), graham zusi, and I really like watching Kyle Beckerman

Cool thanks. Figure I'd give soccer a shot and watch it tonight. My friends told me they started watching during the World Cup and got hooked.

So even though it's basically a scrimmage, will it still be competitive? Or will the main starters get pulled halfway through the match?

It'll be less competitive than a normal match but you should get to see the starters for the most part, he might make a couple subs and test out some different looks. I'm looking for around a 3-0 victory.

There will be 6 subs for sure. The thing with the US team though is there are maybe 5 or 6 sure fire starters. The subs can deff play, evidenced by the fact Landon Donovan didn't make this team. I'm ready to see the group in action.

Is the Azerbaijan team any good? I saw where ESPN had them ranked as the #97 team in the nation. The guys on ESPN acted like we should take care of them pretty handily.

For reference Portugal beat this team 2-0 and 3-0 in qualifying when games actually matter so this is a good test for us.

Their head coach is also a scout for the US national team ha

Yeah, I think they are pretty organized defensively. So they shouldnt pose a problem against out defense, but I doubt we will put a ton past them.

@GoodmanESPN: Chicago Bulls will host workout tomorrow with Rodney Hood, Jordan McRae, Roy Devyn Marble and C.J. Fair, source told ESPN.

Any of you watching the world wars on history? It's actually very interesting. It's funny how Chamberlain bent over for Hitler.

Id watch it but them speaking English ruined it for me. Id rather read subtitles and have them speak the actual language.

Hitler wasnt angry enough either. He was 1940's muschamp. I'd rather understand it than get my German dictionary out.
