New recruit? Is John Cena on campus?

@JohnCena: Those who know what this is, know how awesome it is.

Oh sh**.. if Butch got John Cena on campus hahaha

I think I saw where Raw was in Knox last night. Pretty awesome that he stopped by. Not a huge wrestling guy as I got older but Cena impresses me with all his philanthropy things. He does a lot of stuff for kids.

I've really enjoyed your guys' soccer talk in this thread. Never watched soccer and I know squat about the sport. But I liked reading what was said.

I saw where the USA plays against Azerbaijan in an International Friendly tonight. My question is... What is the difference in a regular match and an International Friendly?

And besides the obvious guys like Dempsey, Bradley, and Altidore... Who are some names to keep an eye on?

My question would have been:

What the hell is an Azerbaijan?

Friendly is soccer for scrimmage.

Depending on who plays, keep an eye out for wondolowski, Julian Green(he's 18), graham zusi, and I really like watching Kyle Beckerman

I would compare an international friendly to a preseason football game - coaches are using it to test out things, try players at different spots, try different combinations of players, see what some young guys can do, etc

so you will see results in intnl friendlies that you would rarely ever see in a real match (world cup qualifier or something like that)

here is a site where you can see how countries fared in "real games" and friendlies

Germany 2012 Fixtures / Schedules & Results - ESPN FC
