She's ok. I'm more worried about dad. We've got mom in adult day care 2 days a week to give dad a break. She does well there. Mom was always a sweet lady. Her personality is changing and she's starting to really be mean to my dad. He's got the patience of Job. I've mentioned to my dad to increase to three days a week but he'll have nothing of it.

Do you think the CBD has had a positive affect on your dad's mood?

Not that I’ve seen. Mom says the same about him being mean especially at night. He recently had to start using a walker. Been falling more frequently.

Physically my mom is ok. She doesn't seem to be a steady on her feet and has started the Alzheimer's shuffle a little bit. Dad wants to try the CBC oil on mom to see if it might help her mood. That's why I asked.

There are three people that want to put in offer on our house without seeing it. They want to make contingent on selling their house. Our realtor said we will not do that because the market is so hot. One couple working on a bridge loan. Should know something by Monday. House hit market Thursday.

Yeah sounds like when we sold in dfw 4 offers in two days all over asking. I hear now its even crazier. Glad we decided to cut bait on that hellscape!

We moved last November and stayed in Mt. Juliet. We couldn’t put in a contingency on selling our house to buy the one we wanted. We did a HELOC to bridge between buying and selling to make it work. Thankfully we had plenty of equity. Ours we were selling hit a weird lul in the market last fall and took a couple months, but it worked out. Never had to pay two mortgages in the same month.

Oh, hire movers. My back still hurts thinking about it.
