Technically not legal there. It is somewhat decriminalized and tolerated but it is more legal in some states here. This is a pretty good explanation.

Is Cannabis Legal In Amsterdam? - Zativo

States like Colorado and Washington and even D.C. were among the first places in the world really to legalize it for recreational purposes. Places like Amsterdam and Vancouver still are illegal but the punishments are minor and usually not enforced.

You mean placebo?

No. I mean panacea. As in something that actually works as a cure all, which weed does not. Don't get me wrong though. I'm all for unfettered access to whatever people want. Just don't come knocking on my door for tax money to cover rehab and medical treatment to try and undo the damage.

You realize CBD oil has no THC and is totally non-addictive?

Last time I checked it's .3% in TN in order to "not be illegal". The people who want to use CBD as a camel's nose to get decriminalization started pushing for a higher % of THC content almost as soon as we decriminalized the oil, which was only done as a way to acknowledge the suffering of families of children with intractable seizures who believe that CBD is helping even though there is no scientific evidence to support the claim.

I don't know what studies that have been done but I've seen the documentaries where children with seizures have seen drastic improvement. I suspect big pharma would not want anything that would compete with their legalized heroin. By the way, how do you like your tax dollars going to for addiction treatment for all those legal opioids?

I don't partake, I don't advocate for legalization, I don't advocate for criminalization. I think there are much bigger problems going on with the legal stuff than with cannabis in general especially cannabis oil.

Yeah rehab clinics are full of the debilitated marijuana users who have thrown their life away and hustled their bodies on the street for their next joint.

There is a ton of tax payer money spent on jailing people for weed. How much money has been spent on rehab or treatment for weed? Very little. And how much on pills? A whole lot. I don't smoke weed, but it should be legal.

Got the email that mine shipped. Hopefully it will do her some good. Should she instant results or more over time?

I think a few of you jumped to the wrong conclusion concerning my prior post because I pointed out the fact that there is no credible, peer reviewed scientific evidence that marijuana cures anything. From a medical necessity perspective, it may be clinically inidicated to give it to people who are going to die soon anyway because it can't hurt them and it might make them feel a little better. That's the science.

As for my personal views, I am what I'd call an extreme libertarian. I don't think any drugs should be illegal to buy, sell, possess, or use. I'm not just talking about weed. I don't care what people do so long as they accept the consequences of their own actions.

As for tax money for rehab, I am painfully aware that part of my salary goes to fund medicaid through a tax, which covers rehab for some people, and based on the supreme court's determination that Obamacare is a tax I am paying taxes in the form of higher premiums in order to cover the cost of health insurance credits and vouchers for some people who go to rehab. I don't like it and I vote for people who say they will get rid of it, although it is hard to find mainstream candidates who claim they are willing to get rid of medicaid.

As a fellow libertarian you should know that marijuana brings in gobs of tax money and reduces the amount we pay in rehab.
