After it empties into the Ohio right outside Paducah, it then empties into the Mississippi at Cairo. The Mississippi the flows through Tennessee again, hence the x3.

Also, it’s all “downhill”. Otherwise the water wouldn’t flow that direction. But Alabama is Alabama and physics may be different down there...

Doesn't get it IMO.

I think you took my post way too literally. We were talking about the Tennessee river. Once the Tennessee river dumps in the Ohio at Paducah it is no longer the Tennessee river meaning that the Tennessee river only crosses the state of Tennessee twice.

The pee and poo remain in Alabama.

If marijuana was a panacea, wealthy people would not be coming to this country from all over the world for traditional medical care when they could stay home and smoke dope.

Also, just to clarify why the pee and poo remain in Alabama, do you know what a P-trap is on your sink. Alabama is the P-trap in this situation.

Yep. Poop and pee flow down into the trap but don't come back up. Periodically we pull the trap off and empty it, which is what created Tuscaloosa. Facts are fun.

Fun fact: Tuscaloosa's sewage treatment plant is over capacity and regularly overflows raw sewage onto the adjacent road

Amsterdam man

Technically not legal there. It is somewhat decriminalized and tolerated but it is more legal in some states here. This is a pretty good explanation.

Is Cannabis Legal In Amsterdam? - Zativo

States like Colorado and Washington and even D.C. were among the first places in the world really to legalize it for recreational purposes. Places like Amsterdam and Vancouver still are illegal but the punishments are minor and usually not enforced.
