Guys guys guys. Take it easy on TonyB. He just can't handle the banter like the rest of us since he's such a good Christian! Thanks!

Yes. A part of the fan base is going to be so disappointed that UT finishes with a good class. That makes perfect sense.

There is a segment of the fan base that is never happy when things are great. They need something to complain about.

They refer to it as being objective and not being a sheep. Those of us who are objective refer to them as negative nancy's.

The trolls will not get to whine and moan about how horrible our class is. So yes, they will be disappointed.

I believe you're reaching Tony. Top 10 for sure?

Smith, Harris, Wade, McKenzie, and Butler. That's adding 5 commits. 2 borderline 5*, a 4*, and 2 3*. Good for about 16th. Not even close to top 10.

I think we're much further behind than you realize.

You are basing this solely on none of the guys we have committed getting bumbs. You are wrong and you know it.

This..Tony..this. I catch grief from some guys. Some if it is warranted. Some of it crosses the line, but that is what ignore is for. You get on my nerves. You remind me of a phony poster named vollady that acted way to stereotypical. So I ignored you. I only see your posts because idiots like my ol buddy butchna here keep quoting you. But he is off his meds so I cut him some slack. Anyway feel free to randomly post D4H style stupidity ALL the time, but if you do, be aware that people are going to call you on being purposely annoying. It can get really ugly when you troll. Just like the big three morans of the RF (great news you're making it four with a bullet) you get off on the attention you get from stirring up strife.

I usually smell a troll out well before they hit Vol Lady status. Might've missed here. I've bought Tony's act...only reason I've quoted him. :). Some of it was for the purpose of keeping all the misses on top of my reply. Will stop quoting. :hi:

You have no problem declaring the negative before it happens, seems to fit right in.

Let's see that in slow motion!

I didn't say part of our fan base. I said trolls. If you took offense to my comment, then you might want to question which category you fall into. :wink2:

Discussion on where our class finishes is negative? I understand why you feel that way. Its been a tough year recruiting wise. I tried to be overly optimistic saying we get Smith, Akers, Harris, Eze, and Wade in another post. Finishing around 13th. Lot of work to do to get it respectable.

According to Poets.org about Haikus:

So I say it still counts!

This reminded me... anyone remember a year ago or so when the football talk thread went nuts writing these nursery rhymes about the gators struggling in recruiting? My goodness I laughed so hard my stomach was sore. We should start up a similar trend with haikus

If you want to get really technical though, it would be muki, not haiku. Haiku include some sort of "kigo" (a word associated with a season). Poetry written in the style of haiku without kigo is better referred to as muki.

Why would I count bumps before they happen, if they do at all? Seems silly.

You don't think before your post. You just try to sound smart by spewing out garbage when it actually makes you sound like an clueless troll. You want us to agree with everything you say just because it comes from you? That's what sounds silly to me.

I don't expect everyone to agree with my opinions. In fact I understand a lot won't. Of course it doesn't stop me from posting them though. I'm a giver, what can I say.

You know as well as I do that any criticism of Butch makes a poster a "troll"

KB isn't a troll. Rides hard on Butch and staff on different issues, but doesn't look at a kid not committing to us as the beginning of the end. More of his type out there than PUMPERS and Negavols...or trolls.

But he's talking about football season, so it still counts.
