Every single thread in VN has its share of humor, smart-aleck remarks, lame attempts at humor and people getting their Jimmies rustled. I have not really seen anyone bashing you. I read a lot of your posts and they are normally reasoned and you have had your fair share of humorous quips. You are being the classic Francis, here. If you think you should not get poked fun at for it, then, I am sorry, but you're going to.

Um, my grammar remark was another attempt at humor. You had the correct form of "its" in your post. I was just making fun of the grammar Nazis that occasionally show their faces. So, I do apologize if you thought my post was insulting, as it was not intended to insult anyone, most especially, you.

Well I went on a nice 6ish mile stress release run. Still don't feel better about the Tee stuff even though I'm lookin better ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Nice. I would but I'm already a tall skinny stick I'm doing a 5x5 program with little cardio

Which 5x5 program are you using? I switched from StrongLifts to ICF and I like it a lot more. It has a little more accessories so it takes longer, but it's a little more even between Upper/Lower work
