On my side, I have my PaPa and Na on my dad's side and Grandma and Grandpa (both gone to heaven) on my mom's side. My dad is know as PaPa Choo Choo since he works for the railroad, and my mom is Grandma.

I have called dibbs on carrying on the PaPa tradition but every time I ask my wife what she wants her grandparent name to be I get a look that causes me to piss my pants and black out for half an hour.

As all of these assistant coaches keep coming and going and our offensive and defensive problems and in-game decision issues all remain largely the same, it's almost as if the issue isn't the coordinators but maybe the head coach. Nah...that can't be it.

I think there were huge differences in the offense and defensive production with the switches.

Also don't think you care about that.

I'm an old soul. Hate the thought of what will happen to produce my grandchildren but excited by the prospect of spoiling the crap out of them and handing them back to their mothers! :rock:

Glad you covered this side of it.

I went back and forth between the position coaches that haven't coached a game with us or the coordinators that had huge swings in production. (Opposite directions)

Either way, it was one of the most nonsensical statements I think I've read on here.

What if he was able to get vanilla with a dinosaur on top? I suppose then you'd say you can't have your cake and eat it too.

Another chance to upgrade a coach. Knew when Butch went with Scott for OC that CZA's stay would end fairly soon. He will do better in the NFL than college IMO.

This is another situation that lends itself to Scott bringing in his guy, who is also acceptable to Butch. Just like with Shoop, Scott needs a big say on the choice.

A lot noise in the public about this being like Dools last year with the coaching staff turnover, which is crazy. Butch's staff has been strongly upgraded coming off two successful 9-4 seasons compared to equal to worse coaches coming in after 5-7 seasons with Dools.

I called my grandfather grandbuddy. He had two nicknames in the Air Force, Buddy and Tennessee. Our family called him buddy. So grandbuddy was the natural move.Grand Tennessee would have been a mouthful!
