Time to sit back and see whether Butch gets another dinosaur or some vanilla guy that half of volnation will have to google to see who he is... Maybe he will surprise us and I hope he does, but I'll believe it when I see it. If Butch is a WR guy, bring in Welker (I know crazy) and help him along the first year. The guy has been there and done that at the highest level- just needs some polishing from a coaching standpoint

I am going to be honest, I had to Google Lonnie Galloway, and he makes $600,000 as a Co-OC. Just because fans don't know a WR coach right away, doesn't mean they aren't good. That's nonsense.

There is no way he is coming here, he played for Clemson and is a true CO-OC. He calls all their passing plays. He is really good at his job though. He has coached Sammy Watkins, DeAndre Hopkins, Martavis Bryant, Artavis Scott and Mike Williams in his time as WR coach. He also has made a walk on like Renfrow a star.

247 list him as making $245K. When I saw that I thought it was a possibility but didn't realize how out of date that was.

I'm gonna say close 90% of fans are going to google whoever is hired because he's going to be a WR coach

Do you like anything about Tennessee at all? Who did Butch bring in this year that qualifies as a dinosaur or is vanilla? I will that answer that for you. No.bod.y. But, don't let that get in the way of your agenda.

You really think Welker is going to come here now after being hired by the Texans as an assistant coach a few weeks ago?

be kind of funny to hire Matt Lubick. So he can break record for most teams hired in an offseason. Went to Ole Miss for a week then left for Bayor and now off to Washington.

"Multiple sources have confirmed to us this morning at wide receivers coach Zach Azzanni is leaving Tennessee and will be the new wide receivers coach for the Chicago Bears. More to come."

Does this mean that we can be WRU again?
I really hope so. :hi:

Pappy butchna has a nice ring to it. Or do you prefer Grandpappy?
Congratulations! :salute:

I brought up Pappy! Wife quashed it. She wants me to be PaPaw but that was what we called my grandfather. Can't live up to that. Shooting for Poppa.

Don't do poppa....
That's my father in law. Hypochondriac also in very poor health who is an emotional drain on his whole family...you can do better.

Grandaddy is a good one.

Sounds wrong...thanks tho.

My father-in-law and step mother-in-law are PeePaw and MeeMaw. My mother-in-law is Granny First Name.

On my side, I have my PaPa and Na on my dad's side and Grandma and Grandpa (both gone to heaven) on my mom's side. My dad is know as PaPa Choo Choo since he works for the railroad, and my mom is Grandma.

I have called dibbs on carrying on the PaPa tradition but every time I ask my wife what she wants her grandparent name to be I get a look that causes me to piss my pants and black out for half an hour.
