I am sure there are some. But I am guessing each school uses a search firm a little differently. Some are probably used just to vet candidates. I am sure they have to review resumes and call a number of references. Some will use their connections to suggest candidates.

Reflecting back on the season, it was definitely an exciting ride. We didn't get where I wanted us to be but some saturdays were gold. What was everyone's favorite moment (you can write it, post a gif, post a video or picture to express it)

Haha my agenda? Are you suggesting I'm upset over Walt Wells being hired and having a prior DUI or reckless driving? It was sarcasm over others freaking out about it. I could care less.

Really what the hell is Jimmy thinking? Not the way to work your way back into a good position to get info. I don't twitter, so I don't know the context of how, or why it was brought up. It seems like a hit plain and simple.

If Butch didn't do his homework on Wells enough to know this, then shame on him.

As far as Hyams goes, the UT athletic department ought to consider banning him.

A tweet like this does nothing but harm.

Well, considering that it happened while Wells was employed at UT, I am pretty confident in saying that Butch knew. It got reduced to a reckless driving, and it appears he still got suspended. That goes a long way in deciding future employment.

Lol, Jones was well aware and the guy was disciplined.
Waterboarding wasn't needed to and they decided to leave the guys fingernails intact.

Definitely a ton of growing up to do.

Working out a bunch of West Knox soccer moms and struggling recent sorority grads wasn't helping him do that. Hopefully a new job will help that.

He turned on a dime and got very negative about Tennessee. Mainly stirring drama about a lot of what he thought was wrong with the program and how he disliked Jones. The problem was he wasn't exactly backed by a great group.

My main point though was he posted a lot of immature drama he needs to grow past...Things like some story about a drunk girl peeing in his living room.
