Going out a winner the way he was meant to. End of an era. I am proud that he led our Vols on the field and represented us well throughout his pro career. He is a class act. We love you Peyton!

So, you are a lawyer now?

I was and am now a judge. The law permits 'consent fights' where the parties agree to strike one another and bodily harm does not ensue. That's why hockey fights and every tackle in football are not crimes.

As I read your posts there are too many legal misinterpretations to begin to straighten out. Suffice to say, your shaky grasp of legal concepts combined with bald assumptions is the worst kind of gossip and rumor-mongering.

You are phenomenal your Honor!

:hi:

Maybe North will tear it up his first year and Butch will finally have to get rid of Z. Other schools are going to murder us in WR recruiting if North has a good first year in the pros.

Yes I'm sure connecting those dots will be the most important factor in future recruits formula for choosing a school! :mega_shok:

You're absolutely right! Jimmy doesn't spew a bunch of BS. If he says it, I believe it.

I know we give him hell, but he won't report anything unless it's factual info. The man deserves a lot of credit.

And fwiw, he's steadily ripped the national honks for piling on UT with zero facts.

We designed plays for lesser WRs with him as the damn decoy. Butch and crew has no excuse for that garbage gameplanning. Should've been easily our 1-3 best players on offense. Not blocking for Jennings(a freshman) on WR screens. And him not playing, I can't blame him. I wouldn't want to block for a younger dude who I was better than either.

All of that would've been great if he'd ever been healthy...

He was out in the field blocking and not getting thrown to. Marshall was on the bench and on crutches. No one would believe that nonsense about injuries being the reason. If he was too hurt to catch a ball he wouldn't have been on the field blocking for Johnson and Jennings.

Marshall couldn't take many carries away from Sony Michel after Chubb got hurt. I agree that everyone is just speculating about this past year. Something was off. Even though our passing game was not great, Von Pearson made catches.

Was Von Pearson not invited to the combine?

News flash. Steph Curry is otherworldly. He is pretty much automatic from anywhere inside the half court.

We are witnessing one of if not THE greatest jump shooter in NBA history right now. This makes watching the NBA fun again.

Steph Curry is a terrorist.

Memphis was built to win this year and last, with an identity based on the age-old equation: Score in the paint + Control the boards = Success

Steph Curry comes in and teams up with Klay Thompson to form the most popular tandom of NBA stars that have sold their souls to the devil for the ability to sink buckets from half-court.

David Blatt was fired because he couldn't beat the Warriors. He wins 75% of his games, is #1 in the East, and gets canned the day after a blow-out loss to Golden State. The Warriors have blown the doors off the Spurs, and are still favored by Vegas to beat the Bulls 72-10 regular season record.

Steph Curry has hijacked the sport.

You know what else hijacks things?

Friggin' terrorists.

Ergo, Steph Curry is a terrorist.

I heard some crazy stats yesterday. Not even sure I can remember them all. But I believe Curry has 11 games (I guess 12 now) of at least eight made three pointers this year. Ray Allen had nine in his career. I believe Curry set his own season record for three's tonight, so he will shatter the record. He apparently is 35-52 from 5 feet beyond the 3 point line this year, which means you could go 52-52 from inside the arc, and Curry still has a greater efficiency. Unreal.

I have watched more NBA this year than I have since Jordan and the Bulls. Curry is a once in a lifetime player and makes you want to watch.

For my boy InVOLuntary

Odds we land Rutherford County players (at this point)

Stevens 33.333% (UGA, LSU, and us. Dad really liked UGA)

Gray 50% (think it's us and FSU. Not sure how serious he actually is about USC)

Bonds 90% (UF, Oregon, and us. It will be us)

Fant 95% (US. 5% something happens in 11 months)

How's that for code talk?

Curry has rendered LeBron damn near irrelevant. I'm sure LeBron is just astounded by how quickly and easily the league was stolen from him by Curry.

Actually, here it is in GIF form:

Patiently waiting for a commit. This is absurd.

Awesome but disappointing about Stevens. Can I copy and paste this and take credit Sab style?

Thanks buddy, like it or not you're our source for all things Rutherford County.
