Fair statement of not?

Transfers that make a decision before the bowl games are made by the player themselves.

Coaches wait until after the bowl game to "encourage" kids to transfer.


IMO the fact we have zero transfers at this time is very encouraging especially considering the fact we already had a number this time last year

Sounds like they're concerned about a drop off if Wolf pup, Johnson or Creamer have to take many snaps.

More times than not I think if kids were leaving on there own they already would have left

@JimmyHyams While Curt Maggitt was invited to play in NFLPA all - star game in January, he is unable to play. No other Vols invited to all - star game.

All it means is they have submitted their name to see where they would be projected in the upcoming draft. It is an expected move but doesn't officially mean they are leaving.

Kamara would go higher if he would stay another year and put up big numbers helping win an SECE championship. But I wouldn't be surprised to see all three go.

Kamara won't get a good enough grade to leave. If he leaves early it's because he pulled a CP and didn't get it done in the classroom.

If Kamara didn't go to class he wouldn't be playing in the bowl.

Only takes 6 hours passed in the fall to be able to play in the bowl game

Much harder to be eligible next season

Given Butch Jones' track record regarding academics, I'm going to bet that AK being eligible is not an issue.

Kamara is testing the waters because he can. Also, not sure how much his stock can rise next year given that Hurd is returning next year as a junior and they will likely split carries with Hurd getting the bulk of the carries.

Kamara has a tough decision. His stock will not climb much at all next year unless he steals a lot of carries from Hurd which is unlikely or Hurd gets hurt.

He said himself he has to decide if he should go now or wait another year and end up with the same grade.

I think he goes but thats just me. I really dont see how he can improve his position anymore because Hurd is going to get the bulk of the carries again because you know they will try and get him the all time rushing record.

I hope Kamara stays, but I would also be pumped to see John Kelly in action. They look really similar on the field.

The problem for Kamara is how the grades come back

Only 3 options if I understand it right.

1st, 2nd, or 3rd round and+

With that said he is getting the 3rd round+ almost without a doubt but if he has any shot being drafted he should go IMO.

There should be a grade given to a kid that is iffy to be drafted at all

I would love for them all to stay, but I understand some might have circumstances that won't allow it. Family first.
