@wesrucker247: Butch: We will honor Butch Maggitt on Senior Day. We’ll talk to some fourth-year juniors about their fifth years. We’ll see. #Interesting

Blair

Anyone else he could be referring to?

List of redshirt juniors:

Cody Blanc
Jason Croom
Adrian Gamble
Joe Stocstill
Dontavius Blair
Danny O'Brien
LaTroy Lewis
Charles Folger
Kenneth Bynum
George Bullock

Thigpen is important but I think Strip and Gillespie are more important IMO as far as position coaches go. Azzani needs to be booted as soon as possible.

There's no way to work it out but I wish we could get Ohio State in a bowl.

They will be primed for a let down not playing for a championship. It would do great things for the program if we could beat them in a bowl.

Maybe about 19 years ago in the Citrus Bowl?

UT-20
OSU-14

Interesting post in the FF for those that don't venture over.

I hesitate posting this with Vandy and a bowl left, but barring tragedy this season can be judged by more than the wins and losses.

Question: When was the last time Tennessee won every game or had losses by 1 touchdown or less in a season?

1998

That's right, the last time the Tennessee Vols did not have a loss in a season by a margin greater than 7 points was in 1998. And it is worth pointing out that this season the one game where the loss was that "big" a spread was Oklahoma, where the score was tied at the end of regulation.

Sure, those 4 losses were extremely disappointing. But when you look at where this team has been and where it is going, this is certainly the right track.

Who are the most likely LSU commits we could get in on if Les Miles and staff are let go?

Not really anyone springs to mind right away, unless we do something like pull someone off their staff like Wilson. Most likely LSU will do everything in their power to keep Orgeron and Wilson on the staff IMO though.

Fine

Cbj is the only recruiter that matters on this staff.

There have been some not so pleasant rumblings about issues with Thig off the field that would be a black eye to the university if they become public knowledge.

Thugs role in recruiting has diminished as of late and IMO that is telling.

The coordinators are important for stability and yes both sides of the ball have had very good years especially on offense.

The other coaches are plenty replaceable IMO

Strip isn't going anywhere unless it's to the lake fishing which is possible

Unless there is an agreement to agree to disagree then expect me to respond to post.

If this Thig thing is more of your Bruin tabloid garbage? Expect a few responses of your own. :good!:

Lol

Best LB in the world

I remember that discussing here.
VN is sometimes so naive

That's what you're here for...to give us that street education. :cool2: We signed Jakob BEFORE you quit VN...right?

And we come full circle. Almost as good as turning to the grammar/spelling corrections to score points.
