Listening to Jimmy today who broke the Gundy interview, he hinted Brohm from what he is hearing is a long shot AFTER reaching out yesterday and Morris was waiting until next week.

Jimmy made it pretty clear if Gundy declines, it goes to Kevin Steele

Miles could hold the line, improve the situation a little, and get us in a better position to hire a better coach down the road, that makes too much sense, so I'm figuring we are going to get Bobo'd, which brings us right back to the Dooley situation imo.

I'm not worried about the defense because of the players they can recruit there and the conference they play in. SMU is not capable of recruiting even decent DLinemen, those guys are going to a P5 school. I'm not even worried about it for Gundy. No one in the conference, except Texas and OU occasionally, can recruit the DL to have a top D.
