It's extremely hard to pull someone from their alma mater. Think of it like somebody trying to pull Fulmer from here back in the day. Only difference is, and it's a fairly big difference, Tennessee would undoubtedly be a step up for Gundy.

Great insight into the healthcare world. However, this is nothing similar. Key phrase is "By the time there is a face to face visit". In your scenario, there is a lot of build up to that situation, maybe weeks or months. In this scenario, it literally all happened within 24 hrs.
