Good afternoon guys/gals. I can't remember being this positive after a loss before. Someone talk be down, tell me to slow my roll, pull back the reins, take the orange glasses off etc....
I am positive we just saw a difference maker a qb last night. He is only a sophomore, I can't imagine the type of player he is going to look like after another season of strength training and development along with the talent he is going to have around him. Am I wrong for thinking he could be a Russell Wilson, Cordell Stewart or Donavan McNabb type elite college qb?
We play the 13th, 11th, 10th, and 7th
Ranked defenses in conference the rest of the way.
We have played the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 5th so far.
Bama, Ole Miss, Florida, and UGA are all in the top 16 nationally.
South Carolina, Vandy, and UK are all 56th nationally and below.
Mizzou is 38th, 6 spots below us and we have had the much tougher schedule.
Either he mistakenly put Worley in this offense instead of Dobbs, or he mistakenly didn't adapt the offense to Worley. Either way, I think jake could have done the first 6 games better. Not saying he should be fired, but I (and plenty of people who do football for a living) think that was a poor decision either way.
2nd to last. Miss St is last. USCjr is 89th in the country, Miss St is 91st.
Total defense according to NCAA.comIn what defensive stat? Total yards given up? According to ESPN, Miss St is 67th and USCjr is 100th
2014 FBS (I-A) College Football Team Statistics Leaders for Total - ESPN
Not sure, the NCAA site does say it was updated today.
Randolph leads the SEC in tackles for a DB and there's a thread in the FF calling him out for poor play because he got burned by the best WR in college football.
I hate our fans sometimes.
