We had mud on our face and were playing like garbage - sure. But we score fast and had the Heisman front runner on our side. If Florida could take us to the final play, we could take USC to the wire.

Oh no doubt. I don’t think either team deserves the playoffs. But to say bama is having a more successful season than the other is a stretch. Tennessee has two top 10 wins…. Bama has 1 top 25 win, UT has the h2h and they have the same record. UT loss to the #1 team and an 8-4 team soon to be top 20 team, Bama lost to 2 9-2 teams top 10 teams. They’re pretty equal but I’d give the nod to UT bcuz of H2H and SOS

That’s the problem with the Heisman…just look at stats. Who cares if Stroud throws 20 against Toledo, Arkansas State, Michigan State, and Indiana? He threw 5 total against Michigan, Penn State, and Notre Dame.

Hooker had 10 TD’s against Florida, Bama, LSU, and then add UGA. How lame is that argument.

Doesn’t matter they loss to the team that “gotta absolutely embarrassed by South Carolina.” You have to reward the head to head. It’s so easy. But you’re right. They’ll mess it up. But it wouldn’t be Vol Nation being stupid.

Nah, I knew that the USCjr drive that they scored on right before he was injured sealed it. There was enough time left for our offense to do what it does quickly, but I knew at that point we wouldn’t stop them enough to pull off a comeback.

Alabama is ranked 3 spots above us in the CFP playoff rankings right now. You’re delusional if you think we’re jumping over them without Bama losing another game.

Unpopular opinion, I’m actually glad to see his success. If you just give a good coach time he can produce. This culture is so dang disposable we just throw out good coaches in the trash because of whiny fanbases. Meat chicken fans were so over him few years ago.

This. Everyone still on the Banks train was probably on the Dooley, Butch, Pruitt train a few weeks before fired. Writing on wall. Find a new DC.
