This really is that simple.
Someone said in here earlier (can't remember who) but the addition of sports betting angles to pre-game analysis and discourse has made them significantly more annoying imo. I miss the days when people just weighed the matchup and no one cared all that much about the lines/spread.

Do you exercise? Not trying to be a jerk or anything, but increased physical exercise helps sleep. Plus being outside helps too.
Gave up the old gym membership during Covid.

20+ years. Was blissful at first, so burned out. Even bought an eliptical.

First it was 1 Corona Premier, then 2, then 3.

Yeaa, Ellipticals are great to hang clothes. Beer helps with everything else. But man, you lose it quick.

Texas dudes tried to make a couple Tennessee inbred jokes and I was real quick to let them know we are their daddy. They stopped.

The second time I told them they had a great game against Bama, they said thanks!

I responded “once again Tennessee had to go finish what Texas couldn’t”. Crickets
Burnt orange😝

We have a Beach Body On Demand membership and a little corner of the garage set up as the "gym". I try to work out 3 to 4 times per week but that doesn't always happen. I am looking more and more like a BeachED Body.

Dont wanna blame the chitlens. But, if they were a tad older Id def get back in cardio routine. I still lift a bit at home, and walk at night 2-3 miles few times a week.

I used to enjoy lifting. 1-2 times a week, and Im done with it. I still retain 60-70% of my strength, so I just use it for stretching & general high repetition fitness.
