Man, that is so great. I love stories like this. 13 years ago, my wife and I rescued a one year old Terrier mix from the dog pound, who was scheduled to be euthanized. When I would come home from work and take my belt off, the little dude would run to another room. Someone had been whipping him with a belt and it took a long time for him to understand that was never gonna happen again. He's a happy 14 year old today :):)

History: Miss St lost after being #1 and dropped to just #4. They were their own undoing by also losing to Ole Miss in their final game to kick them out of the top 4.

History also tells us the likelihood of 3 SEC schools making the playoffs is negligible. If Bama gets to the SECCG and wins, they'll take a spot. If UT doesn't beat UGA, we don't control how the dominos fall. And we definitely want to control that.

Which is pathetic. Which 2 teams are better than those 3 SEC teams?

I know it pisses me off. If the playoffs were truly about the best teams. TN would be in regardless, Bama should be in with an SEC champ victory and UGA should be in with a win over TN. It's ridiculous to even consider any other team outside of the B10 winner.

Happened moments ago in a team meeting doing Meet Me slides.

My boss is a big Bama fan. Have heard about it from him for over five years. So as he was getting down to his hobbies and interests, right as he was saying he was a Bama fan, I stole the WebEx screen share and displayed a PowerPoint slide with big Orange font saying "Go Vols!!"
He asked if people could still see his screen because he just noticed his had changed and wasn't sure why and someone said "yes, if you became a Tennessee fan"

Fortunately he has a great sense of humor and we all laughed.

Watching the highlight video someone posted today several pages back I was surprised at how next level Hyatt has been all year. All we hear is about is how CH and company creates mismatches and that’s the reason for his success (yes I know that there is truth to it). If you watch the Bama game Hyatt had two catches against their best DB Branch covering him. One was the big 60 yard TD thats become a meme with Branch and the safety falling over each other. The other one was Hyatt running a post/slant route in the middle of the field for a touchdown in the red zone. Hyatt beat their best DB twice for huge touchdowns and both times scheme wasn’t the reason for him winning the match up. I think it shows how all the off season work he has put in has elevated his game to new levels. I also think it shows that our WRs can and do win matches without always having to scheme them open. I think that’s a huge part of the success we have had as an offense this season in the passing game among other things.
