I think the wording is something like "sufficient evidence" and no, these aren't legal professionals so they're going to use best judgment. The investigation will cover multiple violations-- but if they treat this like a normal first offender case, like UTAD did, he'll be back.

I'm glad your son got out of that situation. I was just thinking this kid is attracted to girls that he seems to have toxic relationships with. A lot of people are. Hopefully, he does learn from this. Football is a violent sport. I realize not everyone who plays has anger issues but I do believe it can definitely be a factor with some who play. I have told my daughter to try not to say things you can't take back because once you open that door you can't really close it. Speaking of toxic relationships, my ex (of 17 years) got mad at me in May and told me at least 10 times times he wanted to beat my face in, beat my skull, knock my teeth out. I'm glad I got out of that toxic relationship so long ago. I hope BT makes it through this crapstorm and finds girls he can have a healthy relationship with. Everyone deserves that.

I'd love to see someone track the records of teams after they play tough opponents. I agree with you it favors us to get them after tough games, but I have no evidence to back that up.
