I’m exhausted, literally exhausted. I know there is a few of you that have parents that have dementia. Yesterday, dad was having a good day. Today, from around 6 in the morning, it’s been horrific.He thought it was Saturday and missed preaching on TV this morning. From bringing in a kitten, that he found outside and is now frightened of. Haven’t been able to get him in shower all day (has taken 2 a day all his life), somehow has found clippers (while I was at the grocery store) and clipped his own hair (gapes all over), hasn’t eaten all day, throwing the remote a few times, screamed at neighborhood children for getting too loud. What do you all do?

I missed your post before. I'm so sorry you and your family are having to go through this. I feel for all of you having to deal with dementia in any form. It's an evil disease.
