My family has owned property in my area for generations, a mile from the lake basically in 3 directions. USED to never have any traffic because all that lake property was useless for farming and no one wanted itGot here in 95...EVERYTHING’s a lot different. The places we were discussing was practically inaccessible farmland.
According to bud Elliott, we need to get to a 50% ratio to have enough talent to make the playoffs. Pruitt is on track to reach that in two years.Nice info Chatt. One thing that stuck out was the 51% blue chip ratio for Pruitt’s guys. Means we are not that far off the 60% ratio @secking spoke about yesterday as the mark to strive for. If we hit on some of the non blue chippers (Simmons, Means, Solomon, etc) we could be in for some good times come 2020/2021.
Jerry Jones bought all this land eons ago. After it’s all finished, he’ll double up his billionaire status. My family has owned property in my area for generations, a mile from the lake basically in 3 directions. Oh and I hate to be a debbie downer after such a great Friday night..... (and this might've already been discussed), but I saw on the twitters last night where Luke Fords appeal got denied. Kid transferred to a significantly worse team in a weaker conference so his dying grandfather could watch him play. And the NCAA is all 'gfy.'
Hard to feel good about Gibbs and Solomon getting immediate playing time IMO.
I’m talking about the entire roster including transfers. No doubt Pruitt is bringing in the talent needed to close the gap but it looks like it may take a couple more classes.
Yeah, the trends would definitely be going against him..
Year 1: 6-7
Year 2: 9-4
Year 3: 7-6
and a brutal schedule for Year 4, where I can see them going 5-7.
Muschamp may be on the hot seat at the end of the season.
And imo that would be a rough job for someone to take too. You have Clemson annually, along with UGA, UF, A&M, and sometimes even Bama/LSU/Auburn. Pretty rough iyam. On top of that you have mid tier facilities and crap stadium.
Lucky with Spurrier, somewhat lucky with Muschamp. They are due for their Dooley.
