Whether what he SEES translates to what I believe is untested. Current status is its his opinion.

I get the overall gist of "well that's just his opinion", but why does it have to "translate to what [you] believe"? That's the only part that threw me.

Agreed.
I really like Ubben's writing style and how in depth he goes.
But as far as posters using his writings to predict or rule out number of wins, that's a bit much.

He's gonna have to make several forms of predictions and do so correctly before he has any influence on mine.

Remember when Bruce Feldman visited a few years ago maybe Spring 2017? He said we didn’t appear to have an SEC type size or roster or something similar.

Immediately our fans cried foul. “He don’t know nothing.” Apparently we were right because he did know something.

Even in the article your citing. Not one mention by anyone, only that he has no interest in leaving regardless.

What are you quoting? Hank Hill’s Diary? 😉 Seriously that isn’t common knowledge and my original point stands. WE didn’t turn down anybody to hire Dooley.
