There are only a handful of former Vol running backs that are coaching: Graham and Hardesty. Who am I missing?

With almost an entire staff turnover one has to wonder if the NCAA will nut up and finally look at what is going on in Tuscaloosa if they bring in another #1 class, again. I may be off base, and I think that Bama will still recruit at a top level, but one would expect at least some drop-off.

He’s also not so insecure that he’s afraid to bring an elite alumni coach on staff as the intern was.

To me, his greatest attribute is that he's uncompromising with the fan base and our tendency to go off the rails over staff changes, recruiting, etc. he just goes about his business, knows what he wants to do, and does it. Period.

No frills. No pandering. Just, "I got this." And he does it. He delivers.

It's only a matter of time before that happens in the win column with greater consistency.

He's got this.
