I’m starting to think they are starting to lose confidence in Kirby, especially after the blunder in the SEC champ game, then they don’t show up in the bowl game. Anyone else think something is going on in Athens?
they're still recruiting at a very high level. so on talent alone, they'll be a factor for a while. if he is FOS, it'll eventually reveal itself in the recruiting first. for now, hard to say there's something going on.

plus, it's not like they're transferring...they're going to the NFL....not exactly a tough spot to be in from a player standpoint...meaning they aren't necessarily running FROM UGA as much as they are running TO the NFL.....

Georgia is just exploding...….damn to be a Dawgs fan today.
well, siap...but it's not like they're having mass transfers. they have a bunch of really good players going to the NFL.

that's not a bad problem, if you're selling the program..............................

i'm just glad they may have a year where they're transitioning some, instead of just freaking loaded.

Get out of here with your logic and truths

I’ll always have a soft spot for Chaney. In 2009, his first year in Knoxville, the morning after we whipped UGA with Jonathan Crompton at QB, I went out to breakfast and ended up being seated in the booth next to Chaney with his two girls that were toddlers at the time. He had on a St. Louis Rams t-shirt (where he had just come from) and was reading the KNS while his girls were coloring. He looked as happy as he could be and deservedly so after the way our offense put it on the Dawgs the day before. Just a dad enjoying a morning out with his little girls.

It really hit home that these guys are just normal people who have lives outside of the expectations we fans have of them in their sport. He was probably a hundred pounds lighter back then than he looks to be now, and I hope for his and his family’s sake that he can get that under control. I’d love to get him back in Knoxville so that I can root for his success again instead of against the team for which he coaches.

i dont' think Enos is a real candidate. i'm not really worried about him to be honest. i'm fine with any of the guys that have been thrown around today...chaney, sark, lebby/martin combo. they all check certain boxes that make them somewhat desireable, and they all have some unchecked boxes that may need to be addressed...question is, of the unchecked boxes, which ones are most important?

Experience does not equal success in this case.
yep. i'm really intrigued by that guy. don't know if it'd work or not, but the pedigree says we'd be something to deal with offensively.
the unchecked box though is experience. it just is what it is.

with Sark and Chaney, i don't think you're doing antyhing super creative or innovative, but you're getting two good offensive minds that know how to match defense up and call a game. and i think both are pretty good recruiters.

gonna be interesting. i hope.

Southeastern wouldn’t have been ranked in the top 100 HS teams in Florida this year.

I’ve known kids who played sports there. Lauderdale HS teams would run them lol
either way. 71 TD's is 71 TD's lol. and beleive me i'm not ready to say it's gonna be a 1 for 1 transition if it is that guy....i'm not that dumb. :)

I dont think Chaney recruits and i doubt Sark will be too keen on it IF he even considers college again. You want a savage on the recruiting trail you get a hungry young buck as OC.
