Agreed.
No doubt but it’s funny how this can keeps getting kicked down the road.
“Everything’s fine, just need to make a hire to recruit before NSD.”
“Everything’s cool, just need to hire someone after the early signing period.”
“It’s all good, just get somebody in before the end of the dead period.”
“Totally fine - just need somebody before Feb signing day.”
“Well really we only need an OC to start spring practice.”

The Big 12 that gashed SEC defenses in the bowls. I would be fine with Osovet. If he is our best option I hope Pruitt isn’t worried about perception and hires him. There were 120 offenses better than ours last year. Get someone that fixes that and a lot of people will shut up real quick about “perception”.Less risk in the no defense Big 12

Paul K on 104.5 the zone reported on air Cleveland had blocked Kitchens from interviewing with other NFL for OC because they want the new Cleveland HC to have the opportunity to retain Kitchens as the OC. Kitchens is also interviewing for the Cleveland HC. Makes it seem like Kitchens will either be with Cleveland next year or out of the NFL next year. This honestly makes the most sense, he's been searching for the potential second option if Freddie is locked down by a NFL gig.
Like some of us have been saying. He's not going to leave the NFL for a college gig.Browns are blocking interview requests for Kitchens:

Never said he should worry about me but quit being astonished that part of being in management is managing public perception. That isn’t some new revelation and companies pay large sums of money to do so. We aren’t a company per se but similar
