Because of the **** show we just witnessed it's going to be extremely difficult to hire an established coach.
What if Tee fails miserably. What if he relates to well to the players and they lose respect for him because of a lack of discipline? What if they think that can walk all over him? What happens when they have off the field issues?
There's all kinds of negative outcomes. There are so many questions to how he would react to circumstances both on and off the field. The reason we dont know how he might react is because he's never faced those situations. He needs to gain that experience on a smaller stage.
I know of a certain coach, who isnt currently coaching, who may want to come and coach for say 5-7 years. Get the program stabilized, win a national championship, and then maybe call it quits. He could probably even get Tee to come in as his OC, groom him, and turn the program over to him when hes finished.
It would be epic. All the redemptions. Hutch7, Chattvol06, DTO, Boro, Beaver, would self proclaim victory and shun the non believers.
Two problems fellas
1. Haslam dominated AD
2. No championship coach on the Hill.
One does not necessarily prevent or guarantee the other.
24 hours ago, we may have had the coach, but had Haslam leading the AD. Now the script is flipped, but its far from sure Fulmer will beat out a Leach hire
Its all wait and see
I think UGA beats Auburn tomorrow
Having to emotionally and physically get up again after beating Bama. Win or lose Bama take its toll on a team the next week.
Distractions possibly with Gus and Arkansas
Steele has been in communication all week providing details of a staff he could bring and championing for the job.

Ok, guys, don't be surprised if Fulmers hires someone and crams it down everyones throats.....
Does anyone know for sure if Fulmer was all go behind Curries first attempt at a hire or not?
No one wants to have a failure attached to their name....so they will do all they can to cover it up....
I don't know if he liked the idea or not......
Freak, I keep getting these small adds pop up at the bottom of the screen on mobile and it just started doing that 2 days ago? Any ideas on how to stop it or get it to go away?
