I agree. Not much else to say other than he should have made it. It’s not a secret that college kickers crap the bed often though. Putting the game on him twice and not even trying for more yards in either situation wasn’t good. Mike Matthews is paid 10x what Gilbert is also, he can maybe catch a pass in space in OT with the game still winnable.

MM had 1 bad drop, gotta catch that. The "drop" in the 4th i wouldnt consider that a drop. That pass was a heater and it was off target. WRs were a question mark coming into the season, shouldn't be anymore. They also beat press man coverage today. Just need them boys to stay healthy.

Dang, some of yall stronger than me. I’ll be mad till like Thursday at a minimum. The only way I truly get over this game is if we go undefeated the rest of the year.

out of our 3 starting WRs, Mike Matthews is our most inconsistent receiver

Linebacker play in the 4th quarter was better than in the rest of the game. We figured something out with their run game and were being more physical. Turrentine looked so slow out there. We need to get healthy.

Georgia #63 held #90 so bad, he raised his hands up when he finally let him loose. 90 had the RB in the backfield.

They committed several holds that weren’t called in crucial situations. It’s frustrating, but I can’t get too annoyed because we had a half dozen opportunities to ice the game and didn’t.

Getting the strip sack and then calling conservatively for a FG instead of going for the kill. Not getting a defensive stop up 8. Missing the game winning field goal. Etc.
