Bammer247 has one of them thar insiders.
Alabama is still recruiting at an elite level. They had the 3rd ranked class in the country last year. Of the top 5 players in their class (all top 100 players nationally), one was from Texas, one was from Pennsylvania, and three were from California. Anyone that wants me to believe that Alabama has half the NIL budget of the teams they’re recruiting against, also, by logical extension, wants me to believe that those dudes from TX, CA, and PA took half the money to go Tuscaloosa, AL of all places. Anyone peddling that crap is out of their damn mind.I think there’s a miscommunication here. He’s directly quoted as knowing for a fact that bama has less than $20 mil invested in NIL, and that other schools supposedly have between $40-50 mil invested. All I’m saying is that I don’t believe the discrepancy is that large. I do think this is just an excuse because that “S” that was on there chest peeled off pretty quick after Saban left.
Biggest risk is making the wrong hire. . . then firing too late once you realize it, imo. Fire them now, deal with the backlash while you still have a decent roster. Don't burn it to the ground and try to rebuild from ashes.Do you think there is a bigger risk in giving a coach too long or firing them too fast?
Yeah, injuries and conditioning + trying to learn the scheme. A few times he looked exhausted. Glad he's at full power now. Makes a big difference.Heard did not play well at times last year. He is playing elite now, so I believe it really was his injuries.
As we well know "I don't ever post in this forum" is code for "check out this fan-fiction I just made up"So let's pretend this is true. Will they get better this season?
What’s the point of caring about the AP poll?AP voters who left us off of their ballots.
Henry Greenstein - covers Kansas
Dylan Sinn - covers Notre Dame
Josh Furlong - covers Utah
Stephen Means - covers Ohio State
Kirk Kenney - covers San Diego State
Pete Yanity - covers Clemson
Kirk Bohls - covers Texas
Sinn voted one-loss ND #10
Furlong voted Utah #19
Yanity voted one-loss Clemson #9
Bohls voted one-loss Texas #8
AP poll is corrupt as hell

But he said he went to a better surrounding cast.VfL Marlon Walls - on the sports source - said there is no use comparing anything Nico does this year because that team is so bad.
He did not say we couldn't laugh.
Yeti's problems. You better worry about Yukon CorneliusAP voters who left us off of their ballots.

Same, I was 19 she was 18I got married at 19, she was 18. Been married going on 24 years this December with 2 adult children. I think a lot has to do with the maturity level of the individuals and how willing are they to communicate and problem solve with each other. Most of marriage is communication and problem solving.
Even if it's true to a certain extent, that "bama edge" is gonna get dull real quick under Deboer. Instead of paying top players less because they're bama, they're gonna have to pay more because it's Deboer.Alabama is still recruiting at an elite level.
