Raising base pay is in response to a higher cost of living...not the cause of it. That's exactly what big corporations want you to think. Also, starting pay at McDonald's in Georgia (where I live) is $11 to $15 depending on the position...so that dude on Twitter is FOS or talking about California where they have a higher base pay for fast food workers. Either way, that's not why your tickets or other costs have gone up. There are record profits being made by companies who didn't bring their prices back down when their cost of doing business went down post-COVID. Want to know why something is so expensive? Greed is a safe bet right now unless it's a product with major supply issues. Danny White is an awesome AD, but he's getting a little greedy with these ticket prices, in my opinion.

I don't care what Cracker Barrel dining room looks like as long as they took the gift shop out I'm happy happy happy. I spent more money in Gift Shop than for dinner for 4, a kids dream in that store.

Krystal hires all the people that were too rude or incompetent to work at McDonald's, Wendy's, or Burger King.

They won't even interview you if you can't show you have been fired from multiple fast food joints.
