Kyle Allen comes in and goes 2/2 for 79 yards and a TD. Hendo didn’t look too good. Sucks. Hate it for him.

That’s quite a difference in weight
Yes. I was also 31, and ran 10-12 miles a week and lifted every day.

Down to 203 now. My goal weight is 195. Once I hit that may get back in gym full time, maybe. Maybe not.

May try to clean garage out and build out an actual work out area. And get the kids into weights.

I really honestly dont like gyms. Prefer to super set, get it done.

How tall are you?

I superset everything and have no problem in the gym. Push/pull on all 3 days of upper body. I don’t superset legs unless I incorporate some abs into it

No stairs to carry at the house. Part of why I want the weight vest for walking dogs, mowing yard, and making the Mrs happy and taking “hot girl walks” with her
Kettlebells would make walking the dogs hard for sure. I have been known to carry the kettlebells up/down hills though.

The weighted vest would be convenient. I've never tried one, but I like the upper body time under tension, having to physically grip and carry the weights as opposed to wearing it. Definitely gets the burn in the grip, arms, shoulders, etc.

Farmer Carries and kettlebell swings are apart of my “core day” aka no traditional lifting. Love a good ****** workout that makes me question life lol

if you get down to brass tacks, doing a seated bench press or isolation exercise like a deltoid raise vs what you described does nothing toward getting the muscles, tendons, and ligaments in rest of the body stronger. really serves no purpose functionally

For decades, I've been more of a fan of full body workouts. I pretty much do a slightly altered Pavel RKC. Mainly:

Kettlebell cleans/overhead presses
pulls of some type like bent over rows, etc
kettlebell swings or front squats

Once a week, I work snatches in. That's M/W/F.

On "off" days, I do Turkish Getups, kettlebell stairs, etc...

None of the above ever to failure.

So, you're saying fruit, at a store, was somehow cloned and never fresh
No, most commercially produced fruit is picked green then ripened off the plant using ethylene gas. Commercial fruits are also usually varieties that have been developed not for flavor but for shelf life and durability.

Picking freshly ripe fruit from the plant always adds a little something extra to the flavor, and most heirloom varieties were developed for their flavor. Usually softer and sweeter. Peaches and tomatoes are the best two examples.
