Heupel WRs getting starting spots is going to help big time in recruiting.

Tillman WR1 in Cleveland
Thornton WR1 in Las Vegas

Hyatt is 2-deep in New York

Bonus: Jennings WR1 in SF, Palmer WR1 in BUF

Also: Milton is QB 2 in Dallas, Hooker QB2 in Detroit.
Bbbut the system...

Not remotely. The issue was how much Heupel has been constrained by the abilities of his QBs.

Heupel doesn't have a master playbook that was handed down to him 10 years ago. He's constantly adapting to build something that works with the players he has to work with. The System isn't what made HH successful. It was a combination of a capable QB and Heupel trusting him not to give it to the other team. With a QB that can handle the mental game, the play calls (and results) will look different.
I do think the scheme is an important part of what makes the offense go, especially in 2022. Spreading the field vertically and horizontally, having fast WRs (or at least one burner with great hands), and having an accurate QB who can hit deep balls is basically impossible to consistently defend unless you have an elite pass rush and elite DBs. That's how UGA held us in check in 2022.

But Heupel doesn't have to have all of those to win, as evidenced in 23 and 24. And to me, what he did those seasons basically on the fly is the most impressive thing he has done at UT. More than all of 2022. His offense didn't work and he adapted and still won games. Many, many coaches would have fallen apart or insisted on making their scheme work.

In 2021 cedric, velus, small, hyatt, payton, hooker and all these guys were pretty much complete unknowns. Next thing you know Heup’s offense cooked with them.

Another reason its funny that cfb media talks about UT like they cant even field an offense this yr.

Yep...Want them to have some big seasons in the NFL and would help even further.

We need Jauan to visit campus as often as he can. Get recruits around him.

Jauan is having issues with his calves right now...been giving him problems for a bit. He hasn't been practicing. Hope he's full strength for the season...excited to see what he can do as #1.

It depends on how much alcohol you are drinking. As a nurse, my wife works with so many patients that have destroyed themselves with alcohol. Calls it a poisen. Thus, I pretty much cut out most alcohol. Plus, I get to lose dat beer belly.
It is 100% poison.

Literally. Feeling drunk is merely the end-effect of your body's attempt at keeping alcohol from passing your brain blood barrier.

Sodas are awful for you too - may cause serious kidney issues.

But alcohol causes kidney, liver, other organ issues on top of brain damage and non-medical "issues".

I agree. I really thought Nico would be that guy after sitting out for a year. Now, MacIntyre and Fazon will surely get the 'mental part' of the game.

Liquid Death has no sugar in it.
Also udderly disgusting. Don't get it.

Just wanted a cold water at a concert and they served me that mettalic water crap. There's something awful about the taste of metal before drinking water...must have been invented by one of those kids that made out with the water fountain as everyone else in line just walked away to find the other water fountain.

So you don't buy in to the narrative that other teams have figured us out?
Man guys ran wide open ALOT and Pajama boy could not hit them at all. Imagine how that changes the offense and so many of our drives if he could hit the broadside of a barn. It was quite literally every game we played.

I agree

Anybody that watched the OU game should remember thats the game where Heup really understood ok i have to call games differently. That game was in September and the only reason we held on was bc how heup coached that 2nd half. He knew right then Nico couldnt handle it.

The feeling of carbonation after about half a bottle is what makes me stop. Didn't as a kid, I remember drinking either 5 or 9 Nehi's one Memorial Day at my Aunt & Uncle's house. Those little glass bottle Nehi Grape were insanely good. Dang, I'm old!
I picked up some grape spindrifts (carbonated waters with fruit juice) the other day, and the first sip took me back to summer days drinking a cold nehi at my grandparents’ house.

To be clear, they only slightly resemble a nehi (probably more like grape Gatorade), but that was my immediate memory. Called my brother and told him he needed to buy some and try them.

Nehi Grape? What are you, a Northwestern Purple Pounder? Fanta Orange is the way.

All kidding aside, they need to start using cane sugar again. And what is it with the over carbonization..seems Nehis and Fantas in bottles were not like that, or even Coke. Is it the bottle or the cane sugar?

Even with Epinephrine, I still have to go to ER.

The most amazing thing, my 3 children do NOT have anaphylaxis.

And, like an idiot I still make them PBJs.
Hate when the text does this and I can't get the box off the screen, 😂. Anyway, this was my reply to the above post and I'm too lazy to retype it, but not lazy enough to type a longer explanation, crying about it to begin with. . . really had to make myself not say a joke about how you must hate staying away from DN. . .
that's terrible. I had a friend who had allergies like that. He couldn't even touch something with it in it. Dang nightmare to not know you're allergic and find out then tough way.

It took me til we beat UK 44-6, or whatever it was, to realize we were good in '22 and not just on a run of beginner's luck. . .
