Gunner don't scurr meOur WRs sucked last year except Thorton occasionally streaking for 6. We’ll blow out Cuse, and I’m not ruling out our salty defense shutting down Jawja’s QB. Also for the first time in the Kirby era I couldn’t tell you who they are starting at tailback. Just need AC to not let the TE abuse him like last year.
You're using the golf course analogy. Our superintendent uses that gauge, 150 degrees between day and nightly highs, to determine when to use certain chemicals on the greens and fairways. It's not a wife's tale, it actually works.I am guessing it's not bermuda. It's been a while since I heard it, but there is a 150 degree rule with bermuda. Bermuda will not really grow until the low and high temps for the day exceed 150. My backyard should probably be mowed every week in the middle of the summer. It takes off. I can tell when the fall temps start just by seeing the growth of the grass.
Probably ZoysiaI'm not sure. Just regular stuff you see in East Tennessee. . .
I did buy some other type of sod/grass 20+ years ago. The man told me I could plant just a small patch and it would eventually take over my whole yard. I planted about a 5x5 area back then and it covers about 1/8 acre now. It looks like the stuff on football fields. Doesnt get real tall and it's real thick. I wish it did cover my whole yard. I could skip a week mowing it and you'd never know,.
Holy sh*t, do you need to go to the doctor? Not sure what people expected when we decided not to reload at WR after losing so many to graduation and the portal... staff knew coming in to camp we have only two WR's with any game experience and both currently are not at full speed. Whatever ends up happening at that position this season is squarely on the staff and AD... they made the decision, now they have to deal with it... no excuses. It is what it is... besides starting a new QB, new starting RB, new Center, new edge rotation, no true timeline on McCoy returning, this is probably one of the factors in folks picking us to finish 9th in the SEC...
I think we are going to shock people with how well we play this season, not worried about any position group except QB and WR... which is expected...
I've known a few senators, and they absolutely didn't have a killer instinct. All of them had money, knew people with money, had name recognition in the district, and knew people in party leadership. They had no spine. You watch too much TV and movies and assume it's a cutthroat battle of clever geniuses trying to outwit each other on a political chess board.lol at you thinking they aren’t some of the most competitive people out there.
If you’re running for the US Senate in a crowded primary, you better have a killer instinct.
And while parties remain important for the ballot, personalities win races - not parties. Parties today - on both sides - are in disarray.
That wasnt what other's were arguing. I even stated it was a great play by Hood, on an under thrown ball. the other part of this was also to NOT malign MM, who really had no play on it. (Even though I didnt see him in the original video, he did appear).Even an better thrown ball to the WRs back shoulder would have been 50/50 there. That was great coverage by Hood regardless how well or poorly thrown that ball was. That is the main point you seem to be missing.
