Recruiting Forum Football Talk IX

listen I know you're sad bc your bae just left,
and just because I don't tow the company line doesn't make me a nega.

😆 Ill be nice for the rest of the day, despite you having your compressions socks in a wad.

The ball was clearly underthrown. Like a Met Center Fielder throwing to cutoff man.
It has nothing to do with towing the line. You still haven't said that you were wrong about MM practicing. Yes, the media said he was stretching and didn't participate in their portion, but the video you are complaining about the underground ball about is of MM running full bore. You are just going to die on that negative hill. This is the BS crap that encouraged me to take a hiatus. People just seeking out the negative, regardless of everything else. We don't have to pump sunshine 24/7, but a firm grasp on reality would be appreciated.

@Glitch the videos posted in Fingers' FF practice update didnt show MM, that I saw.

@SoilVol said he was there, I scrubbed through both videos to find him. And couldnt.

The video snip of under thrown ball was posted, and I saw it afterward. Clearly MM is in it. So, apparently I was wrong.

Not sure where we are as fans we have have to only hear one stance about our football team.

Hood made a nice play on the ball, but, it was under thrown. Sent it to my buddies from College, hell even they said it without being prompted.

I was incorrect about MM practicing.

Jack, you know good and well this isn’t it. It’s your constant bit repeatedly, posted 7+ times a day. Dont gaslight

It’s still early… I hope.
For sure. Not doomsday predicting or anything just commenting that it suppresses progress for both groups. We really need our WR healthy to build some chemistry. Sounds like TE's are leading in this area.

It was under thrown IMO. It didn't help the reciever was already being pulled forward by his momentum and couldn't contest. You want this to happen now versus later and you want to have the right QB starting. I am just hoping lack of consistency at WR isn't holding that process up.

They're still doing push-ups when they drop a pass...they're just running to the sidelines first so they're not in the way and practice can keep moving along.

Well, the '98 team didn't really develop a good passing game until the second half of the GA game, so yeah, it's kinda early.

I'm not saying '25 is going to have the '98 running game or defense, I'm just saying that it's mind-numbing to read all the hue and cry based on 15 minutes of viewing by the media where the completion rates against air are only 70% over the first four practices of the fall with essentially new quarterbacks and new receivers.
