They've always been a jealous bunch of narcissistic morons, but this past run has made them extra annoying. Alabama needs a few losing seasons and go through 2-3 more coaching changes to be brought back to earth. Losing to vandy, oklahoma, and TENNESSEE was a good start to the Deboer era. A sub 500 season would've really push them over the edge. That's what I'm hoping for.

I have both a 30lb plate and a 45lb plate.
I’ve been rucking pretty much every day since beginning of February. Started with 30lbs and built up duration/distance. Have started mixing in the 45lbs plate a few days a week as well.
I do 3-4miles 5 days a week and 6-8miles 2 days a week.
Over in the off topic forums there’s one called “the pub”. in that forum there’s a thread called “ eat right swim, bike what’s your workout plan”. Many replies might find somewhere there. There also used to be a “what did you do for exercise today” something like that. Everyone would post their runs and chat about upcoming things.Bump??
Summary: Boo has missed some summer workouts and team leadership is not happy about it.
