The thing that makes Georgia’s pass rush so difficult is Kirby is fantastic at disguising his blitzes. He sends guys from out of nowhere. That’s what we will have to do well. Pick up the blitzers. I really hope we see the new screen game that it seems we have installed, especially to the RBs (CATCH THE BALL!). If we hit some timely called screens against the blitz, maybe Kirby will get gun shy calling them, plus hopefully we hit big on a couple of them.

Kirby has not really blitzed us heavy the last couple years, he has sat back in a drop 8 and allowed our qbs to frick it up. He doesn't have the pass rush or the front seven he used to.

I think he did sometimes actually. Like, when it wasn't an important TD? Maybe not though. He cant be as punchy with it as "TITANS" so yeah, he's gotta mix it up. Big Orange is top of the list for me.

Another bad day for the fans who seem to desperately need Willie Martinez to be a bum DB coach.

Not the best, not the worst. I think the NFL DC analyst takes his position and has been a big help. Safety play looks better and DB play overall. I remember watching some film studies last year and they couldn’t even tell what we were in by how the DBs played. Not the case at all this year so far.

I’ve got 2022 Bama vibes this week. Put up a ton of points, end a streak with dramatic flair, a couple players become legends. End one narrative and flip the script. It’s gonna be a good Saturday.

NONE of that factors in that Georgia lost TWENTY-FOUR players to the transfer portal two years ago and 15 this past cycle. Many of those were highly ranked recruits. Blue Chip ratio is not a good measure of the quality of a team's roster in the age of the transfer portal.

Okeydokey...well I can tell you that from up close personal witness that Georgia's defense is huge, extremely quick and fast, and extremely strong fundamentally.

Their offense is clunky and jerky, and a little weak from injuries to the interior OL...but they are still really fast and quick, so they will make a few plays against our not so great this year defense.

Think what you want, castigate me for being objectively honest...but this game is going to be a war that we might not win if they don't decide to show up and sleep walk...which they NEVER will as long as Kirby Smart is there because he absolutely hates us because we beat the out of him when he played at Georgia.

All I'm saying...so don't twist this...is we can win this game, but we will have to TAKE it....if we screw around and make stupid mistakes, and don't run the ball effectively, we are going to get our ass whipped.
