You been in @Jackcrevol 's closet?

1000%, yes. Imagine the team we'd have if all those transfers did not occur. Have to have blue chip players.
Not many of the players that transferred have been productive…. Pruitts recruiting was very subpar….I guarantee Heupel will bring in better players than Pruitt.

Interesting. Sounds like Dano has no stones against the NCAA and no stones for using NIL for recruiting. Wonder who said that before

You said that DW basically cutt off all communications between UT and Spyre. That is not true. Plus on one hand people are flaunting Spyre as a reason we got Nico on board but then we can't get anyone else? Spyre can do what they want with the money they raise. DW may be encouraging them to focus on current athletes, but that doesn't mean Spyre can't have conversations with recruits.

Havoc Rate –

The Havoc Rate is an “advanced metric” that is said to reflect on the quality of a defense. The formula for calculating Havoc Rate is (TFL + PBU+ Int + FF)/(# of plays). To be considered advanced it seems pretty simple to me. Kirby said in an interview before last season that their goal at Georgia was to have a 20% Havoc Rate for their defense.

This is how SEC defenses fared in 2021 with regards to the Havoc Rate.

This is a game by game breakout of our season last year showing the Havoc we reeked on our opponents and the Havoc they reeked on us.

We didn't fare too well against Georgia but check out our game with Alabama. Missouri's defense against us last year, lol.

If Tim Banks can fix our 3rd down defense everything else could come together really quick. For the record, his last year as the DC at Illinois he had the 12th best 3rd down defense in the country. The best we've done in recent years with 3rd down defense was 2015; we were 2nd best in the nation while playing with mostly freshmen and sophomores. Anyway, that #12 3rd down defense for Banks was an improvement on the prior year's ranking of #87 so he apparently has experience getting the job done. jmo.

2015 D was 2nd in the nation on 3rd down except when it’s 3rd and 14 or Baker Mayfield has oil on his body.

Wo, wo, wo. Hold up now!

We're supposed to be ringing hands.

The NBA draft is the most confusing thing follow.
I swear half the picks don't even go to the team that picked them. Or other teams are picking for a different team pretty much. Or since the pick was originally Team A, but the pick got traded to Team B it gets written down as "Team A picked Player A and traded pick to Team B so Player A with play for Team B" instead of the way literally every other sport does it.

I most certainly did not, but to each their own. Eat crow, go cry.

Dude...a lot of them are pretty damn good. Having the main 3-5 back would have won us more games last year and probably this year, we'll see how the newbies are.
