I don't have a playstation (all my toys got toasted in the house fire so I only PC game now). I played Zero Dawn when they finally ported it and loved what I got to play but it had a gamebreaking bug where the game would nag you to update your driver but if you updated (and I did) the game would no longer launch. I'm sure they've fixed it by now so that's something I may need to revisit. I wish the various consoles would unrestrict content after a while. Games like Forbidden West and Call of the Wild that are designed to sell consoles should be available to port to PC after a year. They'd still serve their purpose but those of us locked out of a specific console would still get to play.

Have you played god of war? It’s on pc now. I have a ps5. No pc and I’m going to have to add to it so I can play Starfield at some point. Assuming it’s good

Elden Ring is all the rage right now. Game of Thrones author wrote the story legendary game developer made it. I haven't played it, but all my gaming friends love it. Once I get a pc from this decade it'll probably be the first game I get.

"Reporting and investigation" doesn't sound like it would be in-game imo. Sounds like a first step to see how rampant it is and see if they can root it out without having to affect the game.

In the past there was literally NO deterrence, so I guess we'll see this year if it deters teams to some degree.

Honestly, i don't think it will change anything. I thing the process will be too long and in the meantime, those teams that don’t “hydrate” well, will impact us in-game in a negative way….guess we’ll just have to overcome…

It's definitely intriguing to me. I just don't wanna pay full price unless I know I'll like it. I've never played a souls game. The closest I've come to that play style is God of War and Jedi Fallen Order which apparently has souls like elements. I loved Fallen Order's combat (that was a great little game).

Jump on the Dark Souls train! Bloodborne is the best, but Elden Ring is brand new.
