He was found guilty evidently, not sure why charges were decreased. Just what I read here.
Not personally worried about him. More worried about the recruits if he decides to become famous by shooting one of them. Like the guy that shot and killed John Lennon. No animosity whatsoever towards John, but used his killing as a vehicle for his own fame.

The officer showed up, they said he tried to break in, pointed a gun at them, and shot into the air. Andy said, "Yeah I did that. It was stupid." at the scene. That doesn't sound like a situation where he was being coerced or forced by anyone, and should've been recorded by a body cam. Of course forensic evidence would also show his gun had been fired and there should've been a casing at the scene. Just because we don't have the full report public doesn't mean he's not dangerous or loony - which is the entire point of this discussion. All details were reported as facts, not as allegations.
Anyone willing to discharge a firearm in such a fashion should have their head checked.
Like I said McGill, I think the guy's a piece of crap. I wish he'd stay away from any of our recruits both in person and digitally. I'm just not sure what you can do. He's done nothing illegal. UT can and apparently has banned him from campus. Anyone, recruit or not can choose to not communicate with him by blocking him. It appeared that Nico and his crew were having fun hamming it up with him. We live in a free society so with that comes risk. We can't lock people up because they're idiots. If we did, half the country would be incarcerated. If he is a felon, has a restraining order, or order of protection, he can't legally own a firearm. If he was caught with one, he'd go straight to prison for violating his conditions of release..
The Farragut thing was by invitation….. they invited all vol fans to attend that event….. They wanted as big a crowd as possible….. if I was in town….. I probably would have attended it…. Andy doesn’t worry me unless he actually has schizophrenia or some other kind of diagnosis…..The ones that scare me are the Ted Bundys and John Wayne Gacys of the world that were mentioned earlier…. They were considered good guys and people were shocked when they found out what they were doing…. Gacy was a successful married contractor who did charity work as a clown…. Bundy was very educated and thought to be going into politics…. I also use to work with a guy that was very caring, giving, and one of the best men I thought I knew…… That was before the FBI raided his house and arrested him for the child pornography he was engaging.
