People who don't think it works to some degree are not paying attention. Mark Stoops starts early every game and by the second half has them in his pocket.

It hurts way more than it helps. Unless the ref is a Stockholm syndrome type person or had abusive parents. When coaches nag me all night, my inclination is to give them fewer calls every time.

Yeah, it doesn't make sense iyam. If I'm just incessantly bitching at someone and I'm essentially I'm just whining about not getting my way, why would that person want to do anything for me? I get that it's a thing to work the refs all game but seems like it would have the opposite effect.
