I love that first paragraph, no need in pulling punches, this was an atrocious way to handle this situation. I also love the message to the players to overcome it and press forward.

I don't feel sorry for him in the least. Think Temple. Also, pretty much every coaching change is rumored and publicized before it happens, and thus players deal with the uncertainty.
