You're exactly right. And because of that, they can still call you if you're on the national do not call list, because slimy auto dealerships slip it into the fine print that you are signing up to have your information sold.

Yeah moving forward I'm not sharing my actual number again.

So is anyone feeling confident that Ty Simpson picks UT?
After the coaching change, I've thought he's likely to end up going to Dabo's house.
But, there is a glimmer of hope in me that somehow JH pulls him back w/ the QB-centric offense and some great WRs.

You know what's crazy...I lost confidence once he got moved up to a 5 star ranking.

Seems like Harrison Bailey's rating dropped when he committed to us...So I am assuming with Bama "closing ground" on Clemson and Ty's rating bumping up he's not going to be a UT guy :(

Correct me if I'm wrong, but Heupel still hasn't appeared on Finebomb yet, has he?
If he's doing Rome before Pawl, that's hilarious!!!
Of course, Pawl completely disrespected the hire and the University, so the snub seems appropriate.
Also, if AD White had any hand in setting this up, it shows he's pushing for a more major nationwide media member and audience than Pawl in the south.

If he was committing to UT with Pruitt and his offensive offense, then he was not committing to a coach, but rather to a school.
If he wants to be on Rocky Top, then he'll for sure want to be there to play in Heupel's offense.

there's one point i keep going back to...and i don't know that this makes me confident, but it at least is keeping the door open for me....

Ty Simpson was ready to commit to Pruitt, Weinke and Chaney....and the putrid offense we put on the field for the past two years. i mean, it was a done deal supposedly.

now, i get the relationship aspect to that recruitment. but i just find it hard to believe that you bring in this staff, with it's offensive background, and it makes Tennessee that much LESS desirable of place. it was said many times that Ty was always looking for reasons to pull the trigger on TN.

for a top rated QB, hard not to think that playing in that offensive system wouldn't be a good reason............so if this staff made up any ground at all in the relationship category, i say there's a chance....and it's why he hasn't ruled us out completely. otherwise, it would have been easier for all involved, to just leave TN out of the picks. there'd be no point in including TN and stringing along everyone if we weren't a factor....it would also take all the sting out of it when he does make the pick.

factor all that together, and yeah, i think it means we do have a shot....a real shot.
