If Henry T goes to Bama, Henry T goes to Bama. In America, at least for now, we get to make choices. As a Vol fan I support him and any other player that wants to exercise their rights to choose where they go to school and ball. However, by leaving he ceases to matter to me as a Vol football fan. I wish him well as a person, but don't care as Vol supporter other than I want our O-linemen to pancake him on every play like I do the rest of the bammers.

I'm good with every staff move that has been made with the exception of Martinez. I hope Banks can clean up his performance. Will see how it goes.

Good post. I don’t fault him for wanting to go to bama. Some of these kids don’t have any skin in what college they attend. They just want to get the best coaching and make money in the nfl. Go to bama and get that. I appreciate him for the time he was here but it’s a business decision at the end of the day for many students. Best of luck to the man.

I've heard so many different rumors on how this all came to light, I'm not totally convinced on the power struggle angle. But somehow, it did come to light, and Plowman went on a crusade. I still think she could have handled it better. But that's JMO.

But Bama is a machine, which was kind of my point. They don't get sloppy. Nieds got sloppy. If I'm convinced of anything, it's that Nieds got sloppy. If Kirby was prepared to turn us in, Nieds got sloppy.

It came to light when someone in the athletic department overheard a conversation between two players and possibly a recruit talking about payments. That person took it to someone in compliance, who had a very difficult relationship with Pruitt and was more than happy to let the cat out of the bag by taking the information to Plowman. Evidently there was so much sh^t being uncovered that she took it to university attorneys and ,as they say, the rest is history. Pruitt had a lot of enemies within the walls of the athletic department because he treated people like sh^t.

I could get used to having the smaller schools play spring football! Of course opening game for ETSU is the same time as our men play Kentucky today.

Hubbs et al said he was resp for several key player recruitments and scouting last go round. We shouldnt be too picky right now. We need SEC experience and guys who can find Emmanuel Mosely's.

It’s 25 degrees and I’m still headed to the golf course... besides being a Vol fan, this might be the dumbest way I voluntarily torture myself

What course do you play? Our course will not let anyone on the greens when it's below freezing. Footprints can do a lot of damage to the green when it's frozen. Our tarps are coming off on Monday morning---they've been on the greens for 10 days now. I've got the first tee time for Tuesday morning and soooooooo ready to get back to playing.

Seen a couple former players like Kirkland, Sapp and Abernathy shout-out Willie Martinez return. Former players he recruited or coached seem to think it’s a good one to bring back
