I think "mulling it over" is when the potential DC candidate contacts guys they'd like on staff to see if they can bring them along or not.

Wouldn't surprise me if a few coaches have went from interested to not-interested just from not being able to get a few of their positional coaches they wanted.

Why are we acting like we’re completely gutted at LB because of Henry and JJP leaving? We have more talent there than 4/5 of the league recruiting wise. The right coach is gonna find 3-4 guys there and develop them into studs.

No one feels gutted by JJP leaving, but Toot is easily the best LB we had, so his loss is a blow.

Sooooo.....today alone we have had 3 or 4 different DC and a couple of CO-DC and the announcement was going to be made at Four O'clock. Now we have none and the announcement may or may not be tomorrow or possibly as late as the Orange and White game. I set in a corner. try to stay in my lane, eat Jello, drink Grape Kool-Aide, eat skittles or some other pill that they put in my food and amuse myself with Crayons and Coloring books and they say I'm nuts.............right.

Quick look at his resume says he's never coached RBs, which isn't that big a deal, but can he recruit? Wonder what happened with Jabbar Juluke? Seemed like a much better candidate IMO.

He was Pitt's DC from 2015-2017 Which was two good years followed by a really bad year. (33,35,101). He parlayed that into HC at Wofford. Seems like a backwards move to come back to being a P5 DC
