One thing I definitely will criticize this staff for - and I think it plays a ridiculously large hand in our current situation - is their repeated failures at landing a transfer QB.

We got Chryst and he was putrid. Whiffed in Minishew, Newman, Daniels, this kid, and the kid from some podunk Texas school that transferred to Western Kentucky or some ****. Those are just off the top of my head.

that said - a degree from Notre Dame is gold in real life. No clue if the kid will do anything on the field or sniff the pros, but that ND paper will serve him well. Can’t fault his decision one bit.
